As your first point of contact, the Relocation Consultant starts your move off on the right foot. They will assess your needs and share them with your move team. You can expect them to provide you with a customized plan, which includes the estimate, packing tips and an explanation of the entire moving process.
Move Coordinator
With all the details that go into moving it is reassuring to have someone that's on top of it all. At North American, that person is your Move Coordinator. You have a question? Your Move Coordinator has an answer.

Our Packers work closely with you to prepare for moving day and understand what should be packed first and how boxes should be marked. Their expertise is invaluable in saving you time and effort during your move. Your possessions are inventoried before any loading begins. Every piece of furniture and every carton is given a number that corresponds to its written description.
Professional packing techniques ensure that everything arrives in the same condition as when it left your previous home. Whether delicate or oversized, there is a unique box and packing or wrapping method for every item in your home. If your specific needs do not call for a full service pack, we offer a menu of packing options to suit you.
